Apart from having to lift weights almost two full hours each day, Russell also touched on foot or bike for hours. Heavier again, Russell also had to stop drinking beer habit. “Right now I quit drinking beer,” he explained. Although not a major role but it seems ration scenes this time Russell gained quite a lot too.
