Demi Lovato Nervous Talk About Personal Problems
Demi Lovato (19) gets nervous when she had to speak in front of the cameras for an MTV documentary production. She then decided to speak spontaneously about her personal problems. In 2010, actress and singer is following the rehabilitation program because of problems with eating, depression, and self-harm tendencies.
Documentary entitled Stay Strong, starring Lovato was made to show support for the fans who have the same problem. However, she admits, it took courage when recording a program. “I was very nervous. I also hesitate to say a few things. But, then I feel better and be more open, “said Lovato told MTV News.
“My goal is to inspire many people. If there are young girls who have the same problem ever I was in, I want to reach out and say that all will be fine, “added the star of Camp Rock. “I’m talking about serious issues and hopes to raise awareness of the problem. I’m talking about the ‘journey’ that ever happened to me and hope people take away a positive message, “Lovato said. Stay Strong in the United States will air starting this Tuesday.
