Because of negligent driving, Hilary Duff should be subject to the sap. She was forced to face a legal case because of an accident that occurred in 2010. What’s the story?. As quoted by Contactmusic, the charges formally filed to the court in Los Angeles on Monday (18/6) yesterday.
The document stated that the accident occurred on December 12, 2010. The incident began when Hilary driving around California City. Somehow, the wife of Mike Comrie lost it so it hit the back of the car driven by Rachel Owens. Because of the incident, she admitted to not only wounded in several parts of the body, but also the mental shock is great enough.
She even had to pay the cost of physician and treatment for what she suffered. Although no mention of her career with the obvious, but Rachel was convinced that what he experienced would affect her career later. Therefore she asked Hilary to give reasonable compensation costs.
