Expert, Dr. Victor Ramirez, had put a picture of the reality TV star in an ad in Mexicali, near the Mexican border with California (USA), and add it with a message that read, “No arriesgue Belleza su, ni su Salud,” which means, “Do not take the risk on your beauty or your health.” When asked about the billboard by the gossip website TMZ, Dr. Ramirez replied, “Obviously I do not talk to Kim Kardashian. I did not have his number.” Kardashian immediately asked his legal counsel to handle the case and, reportedly, they will discuss their action against Ramirez.
